Global Wave Mart is required to charge sales tax on merchandise and shipping charges. The amount of sales tax charged is based on current international and local tax rates. Sales tax will be refunded for returned items.

GWM reserves the right to revise prices, limit quantities, correct printing and price errors & product descriptions found on our website or any other advertising website. We are not responsible for misleading information from data provided by our manufacturer partners.

If you receive a product and it doesn’t fit, or it is not what you expected it to be, most products can be returned. Products must be in their original packaging with all instruction/warranty paperwork. Product must be unused. A 25% restocking fee will apply.

To return a product please request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by calling (281) 888-6632 or fill out an online Return Authorization Request. You must request an RMA within 10 days of receiving the product. All returns must be completed within 30 days. Orders returned without an RMA number will not be recognized as a return and will be charged a 30% restocking fee in addition to the shipping charges, once processed.
